About Us

We are a third party inspection agency. We cover over 65 counties in the whole state of Ohio and we are certified through Ohio Manufactured Homes Commission. All of our inspectors are certified. They are also E.S.I.’s (certified electrical inspectors). Although our name is new, our inspectors have over 150 years combined experience in the inspection business.
